Quality Molds

To facilitate the production of quality molds that will last through countless runs, Quadra-Tek provides superior tooling for large and small quantity requirements.

Our in-house tool and die shop enables us to not only produce quality molds, but we specialize in producing standard frame set-ups that can significantly reduce tooling costs. And, if you have an existing mold, we can convert it to fit our standard frames.

Additionally, Quadra-Tek™ has partnerships with outside toolmakers. This combination of in-house production and outsourcing allows us to provide customers with the best quality, price and delivery.

Quality Assurance Equipment

• Optical Comparator (digital readout) for precise optical measurements of dimensions unavailable by contact method.
• Non-Contact Video Measuring Computer for high-volume, tight-tolerance programmable measuring.
• Coordination Measuring Machines used for parts as well as tooling verification.

Production Capabilities

• Thermoset shot ceiling is currently at 1-1/2 lbs.
• Thermoplastic shot ceiling is currently 6 oz.
