Samarius brought Quadra-Tek™ the mold for a base used in a product that electronically measures distance and motion. The engineering challenge was that the mold required a very thin liner - only .020-.025 inches in thickness- - of DAP material, inside an aluminum base for high temperature insulating properties.

Result: By refurbishing the mold, we were able to produce an exceptional product that met all specifications and deadlines.
