"I've been working with Quadra-Tek™ for more than 15 years. They do a very fine job for us in all areas: delivery and pricing, their technical services on tooling is expeditious, and their quality is usually right to the drawing and correct from the tool. Since we run between three and six new parts a year, their engineering assistance during the design phase is very helpful. Additionally, at any one time I have open orders for 30 or so parts. Quadra-Tek™ and I certainly have an ongoing partnership, in that they ship product to meet my schedule. I communicate at least once a week- usually more- as to what my requirements are, and they respond. If I have a crisis on a part they're always cooperative and have often gotten parts to us faster than normal before deadline.
